1. Burger Bakar Abang [email protected] Melati
Burger Bakar Abang Burn has more than 19 outlets across the country since their opening in 2012. The menu consists of regular beef and chicken burgers and a premium selection like a burger tower stacked with multiple patties, a burger with patty soaked in black pepper sauce and a burger with melted mozzarella cheese that will make your hands dirty. The patties are all handmade, so you know you’re getting the good stuff.

2. Burger Bobby Simpang 3
Burger Bobby reminds us of the famous America burger, Bob. Bobby has been around since 2004 and they have established their own loyal customers – a veteran in the street burger scene. The menu has unique names such as Pahlawan Merah for instance. So if you go to Burger Bobby, don’t be surprised when people start ordering burgers with weird names.
Try their famous burger with a thick marinated patty coupled with a fried egg, topped with a cheese slice. To complete it, the burger is topped with a mountain of sauteed onions and cabbage. A perfect burger that goes along with fluffy thick-cut buns.

3. Burger Kaw Kaw
Burger Kaw Kaw has several outlets across the Klang Valley but the most popular spot is in Wangsa Maju – with its constantly long queues. The combination of mouth-watering ingredients of handmade patties and sauces offer you something in between of gourmet and street burger.
Try their Cheesy Baconizer – grilled beef burger loaded with onions, lettuce and beef bacon soaked in cheese sauce and house-made Cajun sauce. If you are hungry and need something in bigger size, amp up your burger with up to three patties!

Burger-Mbira – what a cute name and you know what you’ll be having is going to make you happy. Burger-Mbira sell their specialty burgers made with their home-made patties. Quite affordable for street burgers range and delicious too. If a normal chicken or beef burger is too old-school for you, then level up the game by adding hash brown that provides a solid crunch coupled with a fluffy and soft buns.
If you prefer lamb, other burger that worth trying is Lamb Burger Special with an omelette-wrapped lamb patty.

5. Jackson’s Burger
Jackson’s Burger has been around PJ folk since the late ’70s. It is a living legend particularly among those who’ve grown up in and around the Section 14 area. Here, the burgers are quite simple and don’t expect sloppy burgers with melted cheese and loads of mayo and sauces. Their specialties are their homemade beef and chicken patties which use better quality meat and is cooked with just the right amount of margarine to create a crisp, brown crust.

6. Om Burger
Now, we are back to the good basic greasy burger! Om Burger is a humble stall in Ampang and has been around since 1986. The patties are no hand-made, but using the old-school and famous burger patties; the Ramly patties. The patties are cooked together with the egg and cheese with a melted margarine that give them the crispier bite. It is something that you’d want after a night out with your friends.
